We’re delighted to have gained planning and listed building consent for a new-build, 250m2 home and studio just off Rye Lane in the heart of Peckham.

The new home is arranged around a courtyard in a back-land site behind the Grade-II listed villas that face the road. The new front elevation is made up of alternating courses of re-used brick from the boundary walls and Peckham-made terrazzo using site waste. The terrazzo also forms the window and door reveals and lintel detail.

Looking forward to getting on with detail design and starting on site.

A massive effort from the Hayhurst & Co team: Alex Boyce, Claire Taggart, Jon Nicholls, Marina Konstantopoulou, Nick Hayhurst, Ruby Sleigh & Temi Odele.
