We are delighted to announce that Grain House in Hackney has won an RIBA Award on top of being 1 of 10 houses in the UK shortlisted for the Manser Medal and 1 of 25 across the world shortlisted for the dezeen ‘residential rebirth’ project of the year award…

Shortlisted for the Manser Medal…! 🕺🕺

Grain House is on the shortlist for the Manser Medal – AJ House of the Year Award. One of the 10 best homes completed in the country this year. Winner announced on 17th November.

Exhibition: Great to see our Grain House in the @nla @dont.move.improve exhibition at @coaldropsyard yesterday.

Go and take a … it’s on until 21st September.

The project is exhibited amongst the 8 other category winners that were judged to be the 9 best house extensions completed in London last year. Grain House won the ‘Materiality and Craftmanship’ Award which recognises projects that take particular care and attention to material selection, finishing and detailing.
